You’ll notice that nearly all of these statistics fall into three basic categories:

  1. Health & Self-Improvement: Are you eating healthy and exercising? Are you taking charge and planning your life or is life taking you for a ride? Do you have goals? Are you attaching a timeframe to achieving your goals? If you have children are you setting a good example for them?
  2. Education: Are you constantly finding ways to learn new things and improve your wealth-building skills? Do you have a plan? What steps are you taking on a daily basis to accomplish your plan?
  3. Free Time: Are you making productive use of your non-working time? Are you watching more television than reading? What are you spending your time watching and reading? Things that can help you make more income and improve your life? Are you reaching out to form new relationships that can help you get to the next level? Are you hanging out with success-driven people or people who constantly mope and complain?

It’s important to take a step back now and then and really analyze what’s going on in your life. Sometimes you get so caught up in it day-to-day that you simply lose track and derail yourself. Sometimes you do it on purpose (self-sabotage).

What about you? Are you doing what it takes to win in life?
