It’s always easy to get hold of the affiliate management team through live chat, email, or the forum (the MD himself is even active in the forum, engaging regularly with affiliates – you’d not see that with other networks). My affiliate manager mentor even actually called me on the phone not long after I joined to see how I was doing. I’ll admit, I thought that was a bit odd at first, but we actually had a great chat and I came away from it inspired and really eager to get started right away.
