As an affiliate marketer, keeping your customers happy is your most important job.

It may not be your own product you’re promoting but it certainly is your customer and you have to do everything in your power to keep them happy and keep them coming back for more.

Successful affiliate marketers let their prospects and customers know that, even though it’s not your product you are selling them, you’ll make yourself available to them if they need help with any customer service issues. 

Since you are not involved in the fulfillment process it’s smart to offer your assistance in case there’s a problem with your customer receiving the product or service they paid for. Or if they received the product but are having trouble using it. 

Treat your customers the same way that you like to be treated when you make any kind of purchase. My advice, and my philosophy, is to treat every one of your customers like they are a million dollar client.
